We’ve reunited with Rick Owens for another dose of the dark, industrial grunge-glamour that defines our collaborations. The 1460 Jumbo Lace boot is an exaggeration of our classic 8-eye silhouette, with oversized brushed silver eyelets, a thick outside zip, and extra-thick wraparound pearl laces. It’s fitted with an extra-tall tongue and is built from supple Lunar leather, lending unexpected softness. The boot stands on our inflated DMXL sole — one of the first designs to emerge from our experimental new design category 14XX, where we push the boundaries of our brand DNA. Exaggerating our classic construction, the sole combines lightweight EVA with durable PVC pods. It’s marked with DM’s grooving and secured with our unmistakable yellow welt stitching.
